Below are some resources that may help you or a loved one. Everybody's different (I disliked that saying every time we heard it in the doctors office, however it is true), we all respond and handle the journey differently.

My top 3 tips are:

1. Attitude is everything ( I created a vision board with inspirational quotes, cards,  notes, and family pictures. I wrote 3 tasks & 3 things I was grateful for each day in "My Can Planner". I also used Daily Affirmation Cards-some had curse words, some had prayer, and some were just hysterical )-do whatever it takes to stay positive, surround yourself with positive energy and people!

2. Water (Stay hydrated-I documented my water intake each day)

3. Walk/Move it helps with the fatigue (I was walking 5 miles even during the Red Devil)
